Group Medical
Fully-insured and self-funded plans for groups of twenty to several hundred employees. PPO, HMO, and HDHP/HSA structures, with multi-year renewal modeling and proactive market-checks every two to three years. Multi-state programs coordinated with state-specific mandate compliance.
Carrier panel includes Anthem, Cigna, Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, ConnectiCare, and (for smaller groups) the Connecticut and Rhode Island state-marketplace plans.
Dental & Vision
Standalone dental and vision plans, typically structured as employer-paid for participating employees and employee-paid for dependents. Coordinated with the medical placement to avoid duplicate enrollment platforms.
Carrier panel includes Delta Dental, MetLife Dental, Guardian, and VSP.
Group Life & AD&D
Basic group life (typically 1× to 2× salary, employer-paid), voluntary supplemental life (employee-paid, with guaranteed-issue limits), and Accidental Death & Dismemberment. Coordinated with executive-benefits programs for senior leadership.

Short-Term + Long-Term Disability
STD typically 60-66% of salary for 13-26 weeks; LTD typically 60% of salary to age 65 with a 90-180 day elimination period. Coordinated with state-mandated disability programs (NY, RI, MA, NJ, CA — each has different requirements).

Executive Benefits
Section 162 bonus arrangements, non-qualified deferred compensation, key-person life and disability, split-dollar arrangements, and the executive-supplemental disability that fills the gap between the group LTD cap and the executive's actual income. These programs sit at the intersection of benefits and tax planning; we coordinate with the client's CPA.
Placed primarily through Lincoln Financial, Pacific Life, MassMutual, and Guardian Executive.
Compliance & ACA Reporting
ACA-mandated reporting (Forms 1094-C / 1095-C) for Applicable Large Employers, ERISA-required plan documents and summary plan descriptions, COBRA administration coordination, and HIPAA-privacy compliance. The work is part of the firm's standard service-delivery for benefits clients; we do not charge separately for it.
For larger employers (250+ employees), we coordinate with specialized ACA-reporting vendors when the data complexity warrants.

Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield
The firm's most-used medical carrier for Connecticut-based employers. Strong network, predictable underwriting, and the ConnectiCare crossover for smaller-group placements.
The Hartford
Group life, disability, and the integrated short-term and long-term disability programs the firm has placed for clients since the 1970s.
Lincoln Financial
Group disability and executive-benefits programs; particularly strong for non-qualified deferred compensation and key-person coverage.
Guardian
Dental, vision, and group life. Coordinated with the firm's smaller commercial-client engagements where Guardian's small-group platform is competitive.
Cigna
Medical for clients with multi-state employees, particularly for businesses with workforce in New York, New Jersey, and Massachusetts in addition to Connecticut and Rhode Island.
